  We had an excellent stay at this hotel- clean, comfortable rooms, a nice pool for the kids to swim in, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

  Stayed 1 night while on a road trip and was pleasantly surprised - picked it because it was dog friendly. super friendly staff, clean bedding, comfortable pillows, great shower pressure.

  The staff here has been AMAZING!! I had to do some rescheduling, and they were so accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend them for any visits in Lexington, VA

  Front desk told me that no one complained that the nonTesla (J1772) charger wasn't working, but going by other reviews this isn't a new issue. Arrived in the evening and arrived with an almost depleted battery. For an extra 30$ had to go to a nearby campus at super slow speed to get enough charge at a slow charging speed so that I then could drive up in the opposite direction to a Pilot with CCS chargers. I didn't make it back to my room until over three and a half hours after I first arrived. When I first arrived, front desk assured me that the chargers were operational, so even if I had called ahead to check, I would have still been given this surprise upon arrived. I would have stayed at a budget hotel instead but having an EV charger on site is a real savings when they work at other hotels. Now I spent more than I wanted on a room for the actual value I had expected and more than I planned on charging. I feel duped and deeply regret my stay being non returnable!
