  It took an hour and a half for us to get into our room, and then the TV Remote was missing and we couldnt charge our phones (after an already hard day)

  We enjoyed our stay. Great front desk service at check in/out. Rooms are clean and well appointed.

  We stayed here for 5 nights. Staff friendly and helpful. Pretty good free breakfast options. Close by to different food eateries and attractions. Comfy room.

  We checked in and asked to change rooms as we had a dog. That wasn't a problem. At about 8:00pm someone attempted to open our door. We had the safety lock on, the people were apologizing and it wasn't there problem. Then at 8:15 a hotel staff pounded on the door questioning who we were. The next morning we spoke with the same person that checked us in he was not helpful and said we would get a call from the manager. Didn't happen. As a diamond member I'm very disappointed in the lack of professionalism at this hotel. Own your mistakes, call when you say you will. Very disappointed.
