  In the heart of downtown Moab, this hotel is perfect!! We had a 2 queen suite and it was spacious and immaculate. The breakfast was outstanding. Scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, sausages, breakfast potatoes, make your own pancakes and fresh fruit salad and more. The staff was great and there are many restaurants, pubs, and shops in easy walking distance.

  What an excellent experience. Beautiful Clean rooms and bathroom. Very accommodating staff. Big laundry room. Breakfast was the best. Those two guys upstairs are fantastic. Walk to every were. Highly recommended

  We are repeat guests. Love the friendly staff and breakfast crew. We appreciate the breakfast options. We also like that the rooms don't have carpet. AND we love the central location to shops, food, and some of our favorite trails: Hells Revenge and Chicken Corners. We hope to be back! ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

  We stayed here 4 nights. The rooms were wonderful and large and clean. The beds are soft and comfortable for side sleepers. The layout is a little unusual for the common areas but very thoughtfully done. The staff was super friendly and helpful in every interaction we had. The location is fantastic. We did have a little trouble with sore drains but they came up and took care of it very quickly. The pool and hot tub area were gear too. Overall we really really loved this place!

  I had a wonderful stay at this Best Western and would highly recommend it! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I checked in, which always makes a huge difference. Even though the hotel is a bit dated and showing its age in some areas, the room amenities and setup were very good. A huge plus was the newly renovated bathroom—it was spotless, and felt very fresh. Also, having free parking right at the hotel is a fantastic perk that you don’t find everywhere these days. The only negative point was the fitness room. The gym is overcrowded with too many machines, the air conditioning didn't work in that windowless space, and the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. It definitely needs a bit of attention and better ventilation. However, given the excellent service, the updated bathroom, and the overall comfort, this hotel still absolutely deserves 5 stars for the value it provides. I would definitely stay here again!
