  Cancelled a booking last minute during an event, after payment was already made and a confirmation email was received for a booking made over a month in advance, then told us that we cancelled it ourselves when the reservation was still showing active online through our booking service who confirmed it was the hotel that cancelled it, not the booking system. TERRIBLE customer service. Edit: I spent over an hour on the phone confirming that this change was made by the property, NOT booking.com, who gave me another more expensive hotel for the same cost after this happened.

  Great place for a very good price. Clean and quiet. We have enjoyed the hot tub and the breakfast was reasonably good with the options of pancakes and waffles, 4 different juices, yogurt and fancy coffee.

  On our first visit to Zion, we wanted to stay close to the park as possible. In mid- September though, prices in Springdale were WAY over our budget. So, we booked this room and decided to splurge on the suite with the jacuzzi tub, which was still 3 times less expensive than the cheapest hotel in Springdale. Let me say, I did not miss being in Springdale at all. The room was huge, clean, and super quiet. A first we were nervous because we were right next to the elevator, but I never heard a peep. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful with printing out my America the Beautiful pass when I forgot to do it before arrival. Zion is a 20 min easy ride from the hotel, and since we are early risers anyway, we had no trouble finding parking at the visitors center by 7am. We hiked the narrows on Day 1 all the way to big springs, and angels landing on Day 2. After those two hikes back to back, I’ll take a private jacuzzi tub in my room over being in Springdale any day of the week. I will be back!!

  Great location! Close to Zion and hot springs. Front desk clerks were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and gave accurate suggestions. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Hot tub and pool were clean and well kept. Great place!

  A good spot for your trip to Zion NP. About a 20 minute drive to the park entrance. Local town of Hurricane has lots of food options 3 miles away.
