  All of the staff were great but Tiffani was a huge help at the front desk throughout my stay. With my trip constantly changing, she helped me with extending my stays, figuring out rooms, and navigating check out times. She is truly an incredible person and was so helpful in every way, even just being a friendly, smiling face while I was so far from home. I really appreciated her kindness and willingness to help. The rooms were wonderful, and the views were beautiful from every location I stayed in.

  If Heber is anywhere along your route, THIS is where you WANT to stay. I am so pleasantly surprised and impressed by this Best Western. Ali our front desk guru was incredibly kind, professional and went above and beyond. This hotel has a lovely pool and hot tub. Both are sparkling clean and the pool is a nice warm temperature. Breakfast was thoroughly stocked and stayed that way. The bread was SOFT! Not the usual 3day old crusty stuff. Either everyone stayed quiet, or they went above and beyond with insulation cuz I never heard a peep. The rooms are well appointed with a small sink, fridge, microwave and beautiful full bathroom. The beds are clearly tracked and replaced as needed because the mattresses weren’t sagging, sloping or otherwise spine destroying. A superior hotel experience. THANK YOU! **oh and THE BEST military discount I’ve EVER received*** I wish your team handled all the hotels. You made my night.

  I had forgot to put my son and his wife's name on the reservation and instead of calling me and confirming the reservation the front desk was very rude and unkind and unprofessional. I was disappointed to hear this. We have always had good experiences at Best Western Hotels.

  Just awful. We asked (4 months ahead) for a quiet king room with a balcony and got a room that overlooked the Arby's and was on the intersection. Constant noise of tractor trailers jake brakes all night made it impossible to sleep. They charge more for this view. We asked at check in for a different room and were told the hotel was full but manger would check a different room for us the next day when people checked out. We never heard from the manager. We were there for 4 nights. The hotel is dirty; the hall carpets need to be vacuumed and shampooed. The coffee in room was empty, the paper in the room was empty, the toiletries were almost empty, the shower head was clogged with minerals, the hot water ran out on our last day. The one washer we used threw an error code and our laundry got stuck in the washer until we got the desk attendant to help. The front desk attendant was Ali and the manager was Chris. The were friendly when we spoke to them but had to push a button or call every time we needed something because people sit in the back rather than at the front desk to welcome you. There is no map of the hotel so we couldn't find the fitness center or the ice. We discussed issues with manager when we checked out and were told we would get a partial refund but we are still waiting for this bill to correct and post to our credit card. If staying in Heber city future guests should stay at the holiday inn across the street. Its still the same corner but there is no balconies and it looks newer. Just an FYI
