  Honestly one of the very few times I wish I could rate zero stars. I’m writing this at 12:09 midnight as it’s almost impossible to sleep with the absolute circus going on upstairs. We are staying in one of their “family” suites and whatever the hell is going on above us on the second floor is keeping my entire family awake. It sounds like a wrestling match. The walls and ceiling in this place are about as thin as you can get and we hear every step, thud, and bang. Seriously what the hell is going on, on the second floor?? I’m honestly baffled at this point. It’s now 12:15 as I finish writing this and it’s only gotten louder, after it’s been going on since 9:30pm. Sounds like someone pacing around and slamming a desk against the floor.

  We stayed here based on the high rating of reviews & the number of reviews. One thing the reviews didn’t mention was the stale cigarette smell in the room. The stale smell gets into the bedding and the clothes that you’re wearing. We were looking for a quick overnight on our way through, so location was convenient, near the freeway. The beds were comfortable, room was clean the customer service was great.

  This was absolutely amazing hotel, had amazing hospitality, very comfortable rooms. Thank you Mark for the amazing hospitality and letting us borrow scissors and some combs. The hot tub was absolutely delightful and very hot and soothing after a long drive. The Crazy Cow Cafe was also absolutely delicious and had amazing service!
