They allow their workers to steal from you, lock you in the pool area, the only way out is to use the trash can to climb out cautiously so you dont get stabbed by the fence. When asked about someone breaking into your vehicle they wont watch camera or give you updates. They will cancel your room extension and act like you've never been there. They will leave the door to your room cracked open for anyone to walk in. I've been to this hotel 7 different times over the course of 4 years and never had this issue till this week alone.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the moment I checked in until I left.
The biggest issue was cleanliness. I found **two large roaches** in my room, which forced me to request a room change. Even after switching rooms, I spotted **another large roach** on the ceiling of the outside entrance and a dead one in the hallway, making it clear that pest control is a serious concern throughout the property.
The room itself had several problems. The bathroom was incredibly small and difficult to use comfortably. The TV did not work, and the pillows were so flat that they felt like sheets bunched together rather than actual pillows, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
The hallways had a horrible odor that made walking to and from the room unpleasant. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre at best, with very limited quality and selection.
What concerned me the most was the lack of security. I was traveling with young children, and despite the room door being locked and the top latch being engaged, the door still did not feel secure. A small child could easily manipulate the door, which is a major safety concern for families.
Overall, this was a horrible experience. Between the roaches, unpleasant odors, uncomfortable bedding, broken TV, poor breakfast, and the serious safety concerns with the room door, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.

We had reservations for 2 rooms. For 1 room there was no shower curtain. TV, Refrigerator, Microwave had no power. They were unable to fix in the evening as there was no maintenance staff.
I checked into the hotel and was given the key to the room. I walked down the hallways 3 times before getting to the room. I opened up the room and there was a man in his boxers sleeping in the bed with the TV on. I immediately went back to the front desk to tell Dior the front desk worker. She checked on the room and checked with the man. She told me that her coworker gave the room key before checking in the guest. She also said this happens often. She moved me to a different room. The next morning went down for breakfast and there was very little food. The rooms are old and dingy and the bathroom was rusted and broken.
No thanks. Had this hotel booked on my behalf and I will instead be driving 3 hours to get home after my work event as opposed to getting the rest I was hoping for. The signage alone lets me know that this is not known as a safe location. The bathroom door is a wreck. There was already a damp bath towel on the floor being used as a bath mat of sorts. (No, it wasn't the mat that was hanging off the side of the tub that's meant for that purpose- just a random wet towel on the floor).
Staff is polite but there's no way I'm staying here.
