  After waking up the morning following my check in I discovered the previous guest got sick, threw up in the bed and it ran down the side and onto the floor. The odor was obvious and housekeeping should have caught this.

  Booked a room here several days ago, called this morning and told the front desk that I may be coming in early as my wife and I would be on bikes and it would probably be raining. Was told I'd have to pay extra for early check in even though I'm a Diamond member. When I questioned him about it and asked if he would at least hold a room if it came available, he got a bad attitude and canceled my room and banned me from being able to rebook a room! This is totally unacceptable for someone in the service industry! What a way to let your employee act! I'll be canceling my other reservation I had booked for our way back through town! SMH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ZERO-star service

  Beautiful new large rooms soft comfy beds has a nice pool and Jacuzzi super quiet well lit parking lots easy access to shop and restaurants front desk staff are so nice very fast check in highly recommended just and all around beautiful hotel good breakfast wish all hotels were this clean and comfortable
