  Worst hotel ever. We found this Big Cockroach near our bed, I was very disgusted. It’s a very cheap hotel and it is not worth it at all! I literally had leave somewhere else because I could not sleep there at all! I did not enjoy my stay because I didn’t even stay!

  Terrible experience and total lack of honesty. We stayed here two months ago and were hit with an unauthorized $250 charge on our card—essentially theft. To this day, they completely ignore our emails, and whenever we call, the answer is always the same: "the manager is never available." A complete lack of ethics, zero customer service, and absolutely no security with payment details. Avoid this place.

  Worst hotel ever. I was wrongly charged. They already admitted their mistake, but I still haven't received my refund. I've been dealing with this problem for three months. Stay away from this hotel.

  Wow this is an older property it has been updated the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean. The patio and poor area are very nice while some things to show some age everything is clean perfect for a place to stay if going to Six Flags or a graduation at UTSA a very decent price for what you get
