  They tried to work with me to resolve the issues, but unfortunately, not everything could be fixed. They were able to address the water smell by running the water and fixing the sink stopper, but the carpet smell remained. The carpet smelled strongly of musty feet, which was unpleasant. I appreciate that they were understanding and allowed me to leave without a cancellation fee. However, given the experience, I would definitely think twice about staying here again in the future.

  Breakfast was SO GOOD! The mini split in the room was very nice and QUIET but, the temperature light was very bright and couldn't be dimmed. Breakfast was the best thing lol. The hotel is VERY clean, housekeeping is English speaking, friendly, and the entire hotel smells good!

  Everything was wonderful overall. The staff, room, location, and service were all excellent. This was our second stay at this hotel, and we plan to make it our preferred choice. We particularly enjoyed the coffee machine, which offered a variety of options.

  I will not be returning to this hotel until Jennifer💜 the front clerk gets promoted. She was absolutely wonderful and deserves a promotion. I felt like I've known her for years and just met her. So I will not return until she gets a promotion like she deserves. Other than that, my stay here was outstanding. My room was cleaned so good all thanks to Ms. Annie💗 except for a long blonde string of hair on my bathroom floor, but I won't hold that against you☺️ The bed was so comfy, it smelled like it was js cleaned and the food was excellent. At checkin, I even asked Jennifer if there was bacon for breakfast 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I searched numerous of hotels in the area, but none had bacon, plus clean and up to date if you know what I mean. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone in the world who is coming through looking for a great stay with good food, clean rooms and great service for what you're paying for. Jennifer tell your pool guy to clean the pool too, the bottom needed a little touchup🤣🤣🤣🤣 ok Ms. Manager Jennifer 🤣🤣🥰🥰 if you're looking at this hotel right now. BOOK IT!
