  Very disappointing experience. I stayed August 29–31, 2026, and had problems from the moment I arrived. My first room had a strong smoke-like odor, so I had to request another room. In the replacement room, a spider landed on my ear while I was reading, which I recorded and reported to the front desk. I requested another room, but the room they gave me to leave my belongings in also smelled strongly. I specifically told staff I did not want to stay in that room. While I was gone, they sprayed air freshener in the room with my belongings inside and then told me that was the room I had to keep. When I asked for a refund, the general manager refused, saying I had "accepted the exchange." I did not accept the conditions—I repeatedly reported the problems and tried to resolve them. I paid nearly $200 through Priceline for two nights. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here. Management needs to take guest complaints and room conditions much more seriously.

  We always stay at Best Western when we go to Texas. The one in Mansfield Tx is great! Service and cleanliness is Great!

  Everything was acceptable. The staff was accommodating and professional. There were a few hiccups, though. On the morning of our 3rd day while taking a shower, I saw a small cockroach crawling along the shower curtain (picture provided). The food was also semi decent, but still filling. I will give them the benefit of the doubt on the issues, but it was still an enjoyable stay.

  This five star review is exclusively because of Carmen the attendant that hosts breakfast and Star the front desk concierge. They made our stay spectacular. They took such good care of all 6 of us and we traveled with 3 young kids. They were kind, patient and they gave us great advice on what to do to keep our kids happy and engaged in what to do in Texas. Thank you Carmen. Thank you Star. We will never need to look where to stay ever again when in Texas.

  Great hotel. Close to restaurants and shopping. Indoor pool is heated and hot tub was decent, could be hotter, but still felt nice. It would have been slightly nicer if the AC in the pool room wasn't as cold, but it was def worth a swim and a soak. Breakfast was a little tastier than a typical hotel breakfast, and the attendant was refilling very quickly to keep everything fresh. The yogurt was DELICIOUS! Enjoyed our stay and would recommend and return in the future.
