  I've stayed at this Best Western on and off throughout the past month, and it's been a wonderful experience. Ashley, the manager, is absolutely amazing. She consistently goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, comfortable, and taken care of. She is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the people staying here. Over time, she has become someone I consider a friend. The other employees are wonderful as well. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything you need. The entire staff creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes this hotel feel like a home away from home. As with any hotel, even some 5-star hotels occasionally have a random bug find its way inside. During my stays here, I've even had the exterminator knock on my door as part of their routine pest-control service, which shows they take cleanliness and maintenance seriously. I've stayed here on and off for almost a month and have found the property to be well-maintained, clean, and in tip-top shape. Thank you to Ashley and the entire team for making my stays so enjoyable. I highly recommend this Best Western to anyone looking for excellent customer service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a comfortable place to stay.

  My husband and I lasted four hours before loading the car back up and leaving. There was an overpowering smell of mold from the carpet and bathroom with visible mold around the tub and shower. When we walked into the lobby there was a strong smell of lysol and soon it was apparent that the lysol was to cover up the mildew smell. Added to that were the dehumidifiers in the hallways. Just beware about reserving with no option of receiving a refund. As for us, we decided we could make it home. (And it's a good thing because the front desk didn't even ask why we were leaving at 9:30 at night....or, maybe she didn't want to know.)

  Superb service at this Best Western! Ashley and Ray at front desk were so helpful and kind during our stay! I highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Luling or visiting Gonzales or Ottine Mineral Springs!

  Friendly staff room was spacious and very clean and quiet. Convenient close to highway Loves and Buc-ee's close to location.

  Cleanliness was pretty bad. Finger nail clippings all over the ground, mold in the tub. The sheets on the bed had holes. Everything a little run down. It is not according to the expected standard The staff at the front desk is friendly.
