  My mother rented a room last night. She paid over 200 for a room. And ended up having a room that wasn’t fully cleaned. Clumps of hair on the floor of the room and also clumps of hair in the shower. Definitely need to retrain your house keepers on how to clean.

  Rooms was very spacious and clean. Front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was hot and good and hostess very friendly. Best Best Western stay we've had, and we usually stay in a BW.

  I travel for work. I work for the state and use a tax exemption form. After staying 4 weeks in a row because I booked online the front desk lady said she can’t honor my exemption form. I spent an hour out in my car calling and finally she will now remove the taxes. I know there are a lot of State employees that stay here I see them all the time. You would think they would appreciate the business. The breakfast is great and the location close to the prison is nice. No one wants to have to travel long distances before work so this was handy. I don’t know if I will return as it is embarrassing to get yelled at by the front desk lady that said she won’t take the taxes off unless I’m going to pay her rent. I’m here for business I stay the evening , eat breakfast and leave by 7am. I was convenient.

  Great hotel stay, rooms are clean and great service. Highly recommend.
