  We checked in on tuesday at 3. We had our baby and our 2 year old with us. The lady was VERY helpful and nice. She helped us get set up on the rewards this hotel has which is an awesome incentive since we have stayed here before and had no idea about it till this visit. The pool was perfect after being in the car all day long. The rooms were clean and cold after being in the heat, it was refreshing. The breakfast had options for all of us even the baby (scrambled eggs and yogurt).. Everything was hot and they even had milk for my son that cant drink lactose. Great experience we will be back

  Room wasn’t cleaned by house keepers bed wasn’t made with clean sheets the trash was still on floor in bag not picked up didn’t have clean towels

  The service is always a little horror miss here...for the MOST part it's great, but just depends on who is working that day. Would recommend for sure, just keep your fingers crossed on the receptionist.
