  Stayed the weekend here with my partner. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location. Only complaint is the linen. We had clean linen the first night. Saturday and Sunday had zero room service. Was promised points. Will update status if I receive them.

  Still had used towels in bathroom. And staff forgot room has been sold, and sold the room again within 30 minutes after we checked in. Someone tried to unlock the room, and then the staff open the room with their general key while we're in the room. Not sure what would happen if we are not in the room.

  Location is near restaurants and other tourist things on Bellaire in Houston. Rooms were reserved quickly over phone call and paid in person. Beds were antiquate, but the bathroom was more dirty. Toilet had excrement stains and there was some sort of dirt (?) on the floor of the restroom. No pre shampoo or body wash provided. No bed bugs found in room. TV, microwave, and fridge given in room. Sufficient amount of outlets for chargers. Additional breakfast with reasonable times with the variety of waffles+condiments, eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, juice/coffee, and cereal. Other than the bathroom, pretty average.

  I have never written a one star review for a hotel before. Everything that you can screw up about a hotel is screwed up here. Moldy room, holes in the sheets and curtains, everything broken in the breakfast area with no plates or forks, and fire alarm going off every night. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in ten years. Do not stay at this miserable trash heap. No matter how cheap it is, just don't stay here.

  We checked in they gave us a pass to put in our car window. If not, our car would be towed away we went to our room got off the elevator and the heat in the hall will kill you. We was up all night, smell marijuana. No one seem to care. We went down for breakfast and the food was cold. It’s been reheated over and over the biscuits. You could knock a window out with it. We went on with our day one more night and we could went home, but you cannot stay in there very long because of the marijuana smell The next morning we got up and went down for breakfast same old things again. There was no coffee we went and told the lady she looked at us like we had nine heads like you want me to do something. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone
