  This place is absolutely awful I’m staying here for work so I am “long term” I cannot get my room cleaned or restocked with towels I’m constantly having to go to the front desk and ask for them, I also have had to ask for sheets to change them myself, my trash hasn’t been taken out in a week unless I take it out and put it in the hallway but then I have no bag in the trash can. The cleaning staff is rude and clearly lazy, I understand “understaffed” but this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable and unfortunately for myself my job keeps booking me longer l. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL.

  Upon arrival staff was power washing entrance, hoses were left on ground unattended, major trip hazard. Room door didn’t lock from inside, major safety concerns. The safety latch was loose on door frame. Small fridge in room is missing parts and hole in door. Stuff falls out when you open door. Paint on furniture. Rusted parts on toilet. Shower has no where to put soap or anything on. Shower head is gross. Trash cans in breakfast area were full of food discarded from breakfast, still there in evening. Roaches in room. Elevator jerks on movement. Place doesn't justify the price.

  Shower was disgusting, toilet didnt flush, sheets were shredded, construction trash EVERYWHERE... Not worth the price

  DON'T STAY HERE!!! I had one of the WORST experiences ever stay here. Check-in went smoothly, but the next morning I woke up to several BED BUGS in my bed. I went to the front desk to ask the associate working the front desk to come to my room. She confirmed that the bugs were in fact bed Bugs. She asked if I wanted to be transferred to another room, but I declined because it was the day of check out. Before leaving, I spoke with the manager Stormy. She told me she had transferred points to my account to use in the future. However, I have not received the points. I checked all my emails and accounts, nothing. So, I called her several times before she realized the points were linked to a random email. UGH For your mental health and the safety of your well-being...don't stay here.

  Leaving a review for my fellow people, the employees were nice but my main complaints is the state of the room, now it wasn't too bad it was decent enough but the door handle to the room came off the door with no resistance (just the handle not the whole assembly and hey atleast you dont need a do not disturb sign) and the bathtub had some pretty bad unsightly rust showing in the front of the bath tub also found a dead cockroach in one of the drawers, and last but not least sadly, at least the day I was there no pancakes in the morning , they had other stuff like cereal, eggs and sausage etc but wanted pancakes any how thought that with all this it didnt really equal the price paid ya know
