The management and staff here is excellent. I had a bunch of weird logistical needs for my stay and they accommodated all of them and they weren’t even rude about it. They allow pets which is amazing and their staff really seemed to want to be helpful which sometimes feels like a rarity. Room was clean and bed was comfy! Would def stay here again.
Totally worth the drive if having business in Austin, if you have the time.
This hotel was so peaceful and quiet.
Our suite was clean and my favorite part is the windows open for fresh air as otherwise I feel so trapped.
Able to park the car in view of the room which I also prefer.
Sweet people running things and were happy to help.

Good clean rooms and a great small hotel gym. Breakfast and everything else were pretty standard. This hotel (and many others) need to have a better system in place for late check out. If you have one, you don’t need to be called and have the door knocked on at 10:30 or 11am

I stayed here most morning and afternoon with my baby. I put my card on the door knob that says “do not disturb”. I understand that cleaning and vacuums are loud. But, somebody that was cleaning the room across from our room, the janitors/cleaners are very loud. Talking so loud in the hallway that my 8 month old baby suddenly woke up from loud mouth and laugh. Please, be curtious about the people in the hotel. Especially when a “do not disturb” sign is up.
Overall, room are clean and tidy.

On April 16th at 11:00 my family and I experienced a massive fire in our home. By the time it was put out and were were looking for a place to sleep in the early morning hours the next day, I booked a room at BWP. When I booked it, we were all still in shock and not thinking clearly, I booked it for Friday instead of Thursday. When we got to the hotel, the clerk was very unprofessional and they made zero attempt to help me get it booked for the correct day, resulting in us having to pay for 2 nights instead of one. I explained our situation and what we had just been going through, and there was zero empathy or attempt to help. The response was, “Well, this is the busiest weekend of the year, sorry.” They could have moved my reservation to Thursday instead of Friday, but chose to make it more difficult for us on the worst night of our lives. I would never support them again.
