  We love this Best Western locations on the seawall. Jesse, the front desk clerk was very polite and helpful. She addressed anything we needed and was a sweetheart to my wife and I. Best Western needs to take good care of her for her customer service. Loved the hot tub and view of the ocean from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again. The free coffee machine in the lobby is nice too.

  This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here, quickly became a family favorite mini getaway! The pool is well maintained, with complimentary towels! The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. This property is always so well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Plus you can’t beat the quick walk to the beach!! We can’t wait to plan our next trip here!

  No es un hotel con lujos algo básico pero con un plus de balcones con vistas al mar, insuperable, desayuno algo básico pero bueno para mantenerte el día solo pase dos noches así que no puedo decir si lo varían , pero lo que sirven está bien algo para cada gusto, no hay cafetera en las habitaciones pero adivinen que , una espectacular máquina en el lobby donde puedes servirte diferentes clases de café incluyendo expreso y capuchinos ! Sin duda el favorito de mi esposo y mío! Lo único que me pareció es que necesitan hacerle algunas renovaciones a la piscina no me dieron ganas de entrar al verla , la ubicación excelente si tienes tu carro todo muy cerca, el personal todos fueron súper amables 10 de 10 en servicio .

  We had a superb stay at Best Western Plus in Galveston! The ocean view was absolutely beautiful, and our night stay was amazing. 🌊❤️ The breakfast was delicious, and everything was exceptionally clean—from the room and bathroom to the balcony. The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Most importantly, my kids absolutely loved it! 🥰 We had such a wonderful and relaxing experience as a family. Highly recommend this hotel for a clean, comfortable, family-friendly stay with a beautiful ocean view!

  So this place is beyond excellent!!! My Mom is a HUGE Best Western fan since the 70's so it's great to see the integrity of this chain is standing the test of time. Clean CLEAN CLEAN!!! Lovely place & people!!! Shout out to Melody - AMAZING!!! - breakfast staff, I left my room card downstairs this morning during breakfast & she kept it for me saving me time to get another one!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE & KINDNESS MELODY!!! ❤️ THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Canyon is HILARIOUS & awesome!!! Got the coffee ☕️ maker in the lobby working for us!!! You go my Country Girl! THANK YOU!!! That's one of the reasons we booked here is that coffee maker! Espresso Deliciousness!!! Jorge helped with the coffee fiasco as well. Lol! 😉 Thanks so much Sir!!! Housekeeping Staff ya'll are awesomeness & so nice & kind!!! I'm so grateful!!! Can't wait to be back to stay with you all again!!!
