  Stains on the sheets at check-in, and nonfunctional plumbing fixtures were challenges. But the owners were friendly and accommodating by changing the sheets and getting the water turned off. But when the faucet malfunctioned again on the second night and the owner claimed it was my fault, we were done. Checked out two days early.

  By far the most cozy hotel we've stayed at! The staff was amazing and treated us like family and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable! The rooms were clean and the breakfast had many options to choose from. They also have a Pavillion with grills and utensils and picnic tables with the convenience of a grocery store right down the road if you wanted to BBQ. I really love this place and would definitely stay here again!

  Well kept rooms. Quite area, family friendly. Jessica in the front office was polite and helpful every time we saw her. San Antonio was booked for the weekend we were out there and this was the closest hotel with a vacancy. Lucky us because the drive back into town was not too far, the price was perfect and we will stay there again.
