조식은 엉망 수준.
We were there for wrestling tournament. Did not spend much time at hotel.
Okay breakfast. Could use some biscuits and gravy added to their menu.
Other choices were standard cereals, different style cooked eggs, toast, juices, milk and coffee, maybe hot tea. Don't recall if waffles were part of their choices.

The woman who worked the front desk this past weekend demonstrated a true menagerie of poor customer service, from unhelpful answers to unfriendliness to just true, unadulterated indifference. I expected to see a film crew filming Best Western HR's "how not to perform your job" segment of their training video. I was intrigued when she sighed deeply about having to get up from her chair when we asked if they had a crib for our baby, but she really impressed me when she returned. "My coworker will have to check," she said. "Okay, thank you," my wife replied. "Sooo...is there anything ELSE I can do for you?" she queried. "No, I guess not...thank you," my wife said in conclusion. I was not sure what my wife thanked her for. Mysteries abound. The next morning we had the audacity to ask the pool be opened twenty minutes after it was supposed to be AND THEN ask for towels. You can imagine her incredulence.
All that said, the stay was otherwise fine. The rooms were what you'd expect, the housekeeping staff was kind and helpful, and Frank this morning was a true delight and very helpful as we checked out. No real knock against this location, but they should help that poor woman find where her career passions lie, because customer service clearly ain't it.
Do not recommend staying in summer because AC’s do not work.
If I could give 10+, 100+ stars I would. I have never stayed at a property and thought my goodness. I have significantly underpaid until this hotel. The property is very well-maintained, The hotel staff is friendly and were warm and receptive to my small children.
The pool and hot tub are well-maintained & beautiful. My kids and I had so much fun, just relaxing.
We had a room directly next to the elevator on the third floor but we slept like a dream and never heard the sound of the elevator or any other guest.
The breakfast… I cannot say enough praises. They offered a variety of options. I went with the build your own omelette/skillet— 10/10. But they had Texas shaped pancakes and a station that would be any kids dream. …and chocolate milk!… my kids are basic & Wanted Froot Loops but they had that too. The breakfast alone would’ve been $10-$20 anywhere else per person.
