  I requested room service 4 days after my stay at 6am the front desk person was very nice poor lady was working the desk and setting up breakfast. I returned from our tournament about 3pm Sunday I notice the room was still dirty went to the front desk crazy stressed out person Monica stated to bad there's nothing she can due at this point everyone went home for the day ( I seen the housekeepers still in sight) mind you I brought my towels down and the housekeeper help me as needed. we went back and forth she was very snotty with attitude. I asked her name she then turn at me and said I'm calling the cops. for what room service request and me being upset because the room was a mess. the cops came both guys where very nice but I think confused what went on. they ask me to move to another hotel and gave me 3 hours to do so. Ill be moving forward legally as needed. A good stay can turn that bad in a minute by a bad employee ( Monica) who has some issues clearly. might want to skip this hotel. La Quintta is much cleaner the breakfast is much better staff was all very friendly. stay away from this best western!!!!

  We got to our room around 1030 pm. The lady up front was very friendly. The rooms are nice and super clean.

  Stayed there for a weekend . The staff was really sweet . The rooms are a little dated but clean. The restroom for sure could use updates I couldn’t tell if at the very top where the shower area meets the ceiling if that was mold. The pool was nice .
