  Vegas is the kindest and most helpful person ever!!! She always takes care of me and my friends when I come in and I cannot recommend her service enough!!! So attentive and on the ball :) Will always come back for her

  Came in wanting to try out future memories since I had seen it online. Wasn't really greeted nor helped at all. When asking about the different sizes, they dismissed me and was very brief. They never asked or inquired if I wanted to try other smells. When 2 different white families came in, they had greeted them and engaged with them instead. This left me with a bad impression and discouraged me from buying. I had came in with my partner and sister which they weren't greeted either. I ended up buying the fragrance online out of spite.

  I had an absolutely spectacular customer experience in Byredo at NorthPark Center. Vegas waited on us primarily, but Scarlet assisted in between other customers and was a delight. Vegas made recommendations based on what I liked and they were on point. I went in to just try Future Memories then move along but she suggested so many scents and products I’d never considered that I left with a haul of new things. And while she had a recommendation for everything, she pushed absolutely nothing on me, even offering a sample gratis with no purchase. Considering I’d made an expensive purchase around the corner and received a less kind response when I requested a sample of another fragrance I’d like to try before I drop another $400, that experience and Byredo were night and day. Although I don’t live in Dallas, I visit often for work and pleasure and I am confident saying that as long as these ladies are in this boutique, I’ll shop it exclusively for Byredo. They were polite, helpful, didn’t hover, had a great sense of humor and were endlessly patient as I tried to make up my mind. It wasn’t even a huge purchase, but I was treated like their best customer. A sample was even included in my purchase for my shopping buddy, who wasn’t buying anything and just keeping me company but found a scent she really enjoyed. I just can’t heap enough praise on Vegas. I wish every fragrance boutique could offer such a delightful experience. 110/10 no notes.

  This store deserves more than 5 stars!!! This is the sweetest group of staff that I have ever met, they are all are super relatable, kind, and funny. A very clean and beautiful store. Vegas and Scarlet are incredible, I am so grateful for their help! 🙌🏽

  What a refreshingly delightful customer service and buying experience for our 22nd anniversary celebration. I walked in with zero knowledge of the brand and the product. I was promptly acknowledged by Cassandra who gracefully walked me through different perfumes I intended to buy for my wife. She was also welcoming and accommodating of my 4 yr old daughter running around the store. I don't say this lightly but Cassandras customer service was nothing below exceptional. Fantastic job whoever hired her. We will be back (wife loved another sampler provided). Thanks.
