  1. Clean, affordable hotel with a very comfortable room. 2. Very ample hot breakfast. 3. Excellent customer service. We are thankful for the special concern and care shown to us by the managers (Nick and his wife Meena), those who served at the front desk (Sunny and Hemanth), and the housekeeping lady who kept our room very clean. 4. The hotel was only 10 minutes from our family member's apartment. 5. The hotel is close to major highways around Dallas.

  To begin with the front desk completely oblivious to his job. Finally got assistance when he was good and ready. Didn't think much of it grabbed my stuff went to my room to settle in room smelled like something had been sitting in their for a while. Didn't think much of it figured it's the age of the place settled in. After a while I decided to look to taking a shower went in the bathroom and guess what MOLD under the sink and soap Cady on the wall. Proceeded to the front counter where I asked if I could be relocated to another room. Front desk Proceeded to inform me how it was my fault for not letting them know earlier they canceled my stay completely told me to go find another hotel
