Was a comfortable room except for the small pillows. Good water pressure. Liked the location as we did day trips to other areas.
Traveling and was a great stop over with perfectly accessable room. Travel is hard with a wheelchair person, they made it easy.

Just a couple things , needs a deep
Cleaning please !! I didn’t even sleep under sheets cause I didn’t Trust they were clean . The mattress old
Dust on frame of bed and light fixtures
Con webs in room . Bathroom vent so dusty , door had dust and stains , the shower tub had ring around it like needed a good scrub and cleaning beyond toilet was dirty and even ring in toilet , paint coming off like a Community problem from them painting over things over and over again needs a major remodel the hotel the workout room smells horrible. The machines were all rusted like they have been sitting out for days outside in the sun. The only thing I enjoyed about this hotel was the employees everyone I ran into. They were so helpful kind very informed.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Best Western and believe a full refund is warranted. I reserved two rooms, and both initially assigned rooms had bedbugs. After reporting the issue, I was moved to different rooms, but those also had bugs, which raises serious concerns regarding cleanliness and sanitation standards.
The problems did not stop there. The shower would not drain properly, the refrigerator was broken and made a loud squealing noise throughout the night, the door would not properly shut or lock, and the toilet overflowed, causing water to get onto my luggage and personal belongings.
This stay was unacceptable from both a safety and sanitation standpoint. I paid for clean, functional accommodations and instead dealt with multiple health concerns, damaged comfort, disrupted sleep, and property affected by facility issues. I would not stay here again and expect this situation to be addressed with a full refund.
If you plan to send this directly to corporate or customer service, I can also make it more formal and focused on reimbursement language.

The room we stayed in has very old carpeting. I think from when the hotel was built.
