Rolando is the best hotel customer service agent I have ever dealt with. Even better than the agents at the expensive hotels. Top-tier customer Service from him and I am so grateful for the way he communicated, for the way he handled his business, and how efficient he was. Shout out Rolando.

Great staff, clean rooms and delicious breakfast... for the price it's more than what I expected...especially reading some harsh reviews.
