  We’ve spent 15 nights at this hotel this year visiting my brother-in-law who has been very ill. Best Western Pineywoods provided a convenient, clean home base for us with all the necessary amenities during a very difficult period of time. When we made our last trip up for the funeral, Ayu at the front desk showed exceptional compassion, making an extra effort to clean a room for us so we could check in early and get dressed for the funeral after driving in from Austin. That act of kindness meant so much to us - thank you!

  We had great stay at BW. The rooms were clean comfortable. The breakfast was hot and had good selection. The outdoor pool was great for relax after long day. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definatley stay here again..!!'

  Great stay. Friendly staff and easy check in. Perfect start with hot breakfast. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Will definitely stay again.

  Nice people, clean, good breakfast. Only complaint or suggested improvement could be to leave the HAAC unit set on a decent temperature took roughly 3 hours for my room to get at comfortable temperatures due to it being left off and had gotten to such hot temp

  Stayed for one night it was nice and quiet, very clean room, friendly staff as well! Overall great stay 10/10
