  I was on a road trip with my family and booked this hotel but because of the settings “tonight” and time “midnight” it made the booking for the next night. I paid up front so I called immediately and was at the hotel within 30 minutes and they refused to accommodate/change the booking or cancel and refund the booking. The site I booked through ultimately refunded me even though the hotel refused. Really disappointing.

  Zu nah an der Straße, stinkt gewaltig nach Schimmel. Das Hotel hat ein echtes Feuchtigkeitsproblem in den Zimmern. Die uralte Klimaanlage schafft es nicht die Luft zu trocknen. Auch die aufgestellten starke Aromaspender können den Gestank nicht verdecken. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption ist höflich und hilfsbereit.

  We got bad room with moisture and smells. Located at noisy road. Service was minimal. Worst 2 nights during our 3 weeks

  The service was most excellent! Stephen and Elizabeth at the front desk took care of everything and made me feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious and plenty! The staff went out of their way , including housekeeping. The grounds were clean, well lit, and charming. They all deserve a raise! Brenda Thompson

  This Hotel is A 5 Star 🌟 Hotel 🏨 Rooms Nice, Pool 🏊‍♂️ and Spa Nice, Breakfast 🧇 was top notch. The General Manager Kirti is not only a Fabulous host but a Great Guy! What a Fantastic Stay, Well worth it!
