  We visited Newport Tennessee for a couple days and I decided to stay at this Best Western because it was 20-25 minutes away from everything I wanted and needed to do. At the most reasonable price. Let me start this by saying that I'm a nitpicker when it comes to hotels and motels. I have stayed in some acanky roach motels. Thank God this wasn't one of those! The first thing I do when I enter a room is inspect it for bugs, I even flip the mattress. Because this Jacuzzi room was so reasonably priced I thought I was walking into one of those. To my surprise, It was immaculately clean! The staff was super sweet and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious! The coffee was good and they even had a yogurt dispenser so you can make your own parfait for breakfast! Eggs. Sausage, bacon, pancakes, potato, cereal, fruit, and the list goes on. This motel is probably the Best I have stayed in ever! If you stay in hotels. You know there's always something that you can pick apart or have a problem with. Just look at the pictures! If I ever get the opportunity to get back to Newport, I will definitely be staying here again! I truly couldn't be happier with my stay and very pleasantly surprised!

  Probably in the top 3 motels fot this area but the motel is in need of renovation soon. The staff is great though.

  Jennifer at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, and made our check-in without a reservation a breeze! She also alerted us to Best Western Rewards, which will come in very handy in the future. Our room is spotless, and comes with a refrigerator/freezer and microwave. The bed is comfortable, too. Highly recommended. Many good restaurants are nearby, too.

  We have been coming to this hotel for nearly two years, while building our house here... They have been very helpful, comfortable beds.Clean room, good food and nice people.We would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here or building.. Stephanie and the rest of the staff have always been very helpful.We will continue to come by to see them even after our home is built... Thank you!! Chris & Steve Mccormick
