  Ok for the price. The room smelled musty like an old basement that I think came from the air conditioner unit. But the room was quite and convenient to downtown.

  For the price the room was good. The bed was comfy, stayed nice and cool and clean. HOWEVER, this area is sketch. I mean all kinds of questionable characters linger in this part of town, homeless, strung out, walking around without a noodle in the bowl. This part of town is not picked up and clean. Uber picked us up just fine but I've learned a valuable lesson. Stay put on Broadway until you can get a ride back and don't be cheap and turn down a taxi. Walking 4 miles from Broadway at 1am is not for the weak.

  We stayed here doing a very difficult time which we were in Nashville to bury our aunt and this hotel was really really nice the employees were so hospitable so respectful so courteous just all around decent people and as I told them as I left there I had a great stay at their hotel and I will be returning..

  I stayed here for two nights during a road trip. The location was convenient, with easy access to I-24 and a good option to avoid traffic. The check-in was an interesting experience. After a long drive, another guest and I waited about 10–15 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk. We even had time to keep each other company while waiting! Eventually, a phone call to the hotel helped bring someone to the desk. The hotel had a couple of power outages during my stay (not the hotel’s fault), but the lack of emergency lights in the hallways and a backup generator, at least for the elevator, was concerning. The hallway trash needed more attention, and the breakfast area felt disorganized. The coffee machine was out of order, without any notice on it. The elevator also had a noticeable smoke smell, which made the ride less pleasant. Better maintenance and more attention from management are needed.

  My friend and I booked this hotel for two nights while we were in town attending a concert. Unfortunately, our experience with the rooms was extremely disappointing and concerning. When we arrived, the first room we were given had an overwhelming smell of mold and mildew as soon as we walked in. The carpet was wet, and there was visible black mold covering areas of the ceiling and wall. The smell and condition of the room were so bad that I immediately went back and asked to be moved, so I didn’t even think to take pictures before leaving that room. We were then moved to a second room on the first floor. While this room didn’t have the same strong mold and mildew smell, the floor was also wet and there was visible mold throughout the room. We even found what appeared to be mold on the blankets on the bed. Having one room in this condition would have been bad enough, but being moved to a second room that also had moisture and mold makes it seem like there is a much larger issue with the property. The staff was nice, and the complimentary breakfast was really good. However, management seriously needs to investigate and address the moisture, water damage, and mold problems in these rooms. Guests should not be placed in rooms with wet flooring, visible mold, or mold on the bedding. I strongly recommend that anyone staying here thoroughly inspect their room upon arrival.
