  We had a great experience here. We were visiting from out of town and the original place we had booked a room with (not this one) was disgusting so we called around trying to find a better hotel to stay at very last minute. We spoke with Sophia on the phone and she was great. Not only was she able to help us, she was the only one able to take cash (which was one of our issues finding a new hotel to stay at) and she even discounted the rate for us for the night. When we arrived, she also upgraded us to a bigger room at no extra charge. So right off the bat, it was a better experience. The room was really nice and had a view of the outdoor pool (which was heated). The breakfast was good (the usual cereal, toast, oatmeal etc. but they did also have an omelet bar). There was also a coffee station available 24/7 in the lobby and free massage chairs. Broadway was only about a 20 minute walk from the hotel so it was nice to not have to pay for parking again (it was $20 a night to park at the hotel). So overall it was a great experience and I would definitely come back.

  I’m a big fan of Best Westerns, and this one didn’t disappoint. If you’re a walker, this place is close enough to downtown that you can walk there. It’s off the main roads so it is quiet at night. The food and drinks available in the lobby were a welcomed site after walking around Nashville in August. The shower head in our room appeared to be a traditional shower head that was fitted to act as a rain water shower head, and the water pressure was pretty low, that would be my only complaint though. The AC worked great, which again for Nashville in August, opening that door into what felt like an ice chest was great!

  This place is a dump. With a long winded check in. $30 if you want to check in early despite room being ready. Rip offs. Old, dated rooms. Dirty floors. Notices hanging off or walls. The worst, cheapest art known to man. The price vs the hotel is insane. Not even a view. Lastly, probably the worst thing. The breakfast. How you think that is acceptable. No bacon. No bacon for breakfast? Pancakes with no bacon? What on earth is this? The sausages were these weird formed logs. I was in shock at just how terrible it was. Don’t stay here unless you want to be staying in a dump with a terrible breakfast.

  The best part of this hotel was the staff. I cannot even begin to describe how sweet everyone was. The rooms were clean, perfect and honestly have a beautiful room regardless of what side of the building you are on. You either see the amazing skyline of nashville or you face a beautiful local park. Clean, great food and super comfy. The staff really makes you feel at home, every time my partner and i came downstairs they would talk to us and chat with us about where we were going. They also let us check our bags since our flight was after we checked out. If i could give a million stars i would, they were one of the best parts of our nashville trip!!!!

  I was expecting the rooms to be bigger I guess looks are deceiving online .I wouldn't consider to be a hotel maybe a up grade motel toiletries were super small glad I brought my own body wash and shampoo I will say the decor in the lobby was so nice and the elevator doors .the one thing that was the best was the breakfast it was on point big variety hot items cold items yogurt and fruit and even a omelette bar .I don't understand why the parking fee was so expensive 20 was a bit much a day .all in all the room we had could of been 150.00 type room not 240.00
