  Best midway stop between New York and Dallas! The staff is always friendly, and rooms are always clean and the price is always right. It’s a welcoming stop! Rooms are always clean, linens are always fresh, breakfast is yummy, and the fridge in the room is big enough for a normal sized family cooler. Plenty of parking spots. Kim is awesome, thank you for being so accommodating!

  This hotel was very clean and right next to Cracker Barrel! The staff were nice, my only complaint was the person in the room next to me has their TV blaring all night! However, that wasn't the hotel's fault. Otherwise, I had a pleasant stay.

  My husband and I travelled to TN for a funeral & we booked a room for one night at this hotel on our way back home. My mother in law had a stroke the day before the stay so we ended up leaving TN a day early and did not stay here. We were more focused on getting home to be with my mother-in-law, that I did not call to cancel the reservation. Plus, online I had seen they wouldn’t charge my card until check in so I figured they wouldn’t charge me at all. They def charged me the full price for the stay. And according to the Manager Kim, the cancellation wouldn’t have mattered since it was less than 48 hours before the stay (if I could have seen the future, obviously I would have called). Kim advised me that she did not have the authority to refund me and told me I could dispute it with my bank but that it would most likely not be approved because people lie. She also told me there was no corporate office and that she personally knows the owner never refunds even in emergency situations like this one. I will be disputing this charge with my bank and also making sure we do not stay at this hotel the next time we are in TN. What a horrible way to do business.

  Stayed here on 6/6 Front desk after 11pm very friendly and helpful. Free coffee and hot chocolate and cookies all night in the lobby. Hotel was quiet slept the entire night even slept past my alarm an extra 3 hours oops. Guess I was comfortable. Breakfast was alright. Elevator probably needs service making some strange noises when going up and down service permit expires next week, and the Elevator is kinda dirty...

  I travel for work quite often so I’ve been to many hotels including Hilton chain, Marriott, choice hotels and more. So far most best westerns were mediocre but this location truly deserves 5+ ratings for their service and how they operate this hotel. I was first very impressed with the service. Front desk hotel staff Lee provided above and beyond service that I’ve never experienced at any best western before. She made me think differently about best western hotel because of her true professional and accommodating attitude towards guests, and also my husband felt she truly cares for the guests. Room was very clean, loved the balcony and most importantly the mattress and pillows seem to be brand new and it’s high quality. We slept like a baby. Bathroom was impressive. Never seen water pressure like this hotel, very strong and never ran out of hot water. Hot water was hot and it was very satisfying. Hate some hotels have luke warm water or it takes so long for hot water to come back during guest check out hours. This hotel has no down time for hot water. Hotel also had free cookies for guest and it was absolutely delicious specially the peanut butter cookies. Latte machine has bomb hot mocha and latte. Breakfast was great, loved the fresh natural yogurt and gravy and biscuits. It was from 6-10 am. Hotel has plenty of spacious parking, pool and jacuzzi. 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who are traveling or visiting Tennessee. Great value for what it’s worth! I prefer this hotel over Hampton inn next door and it was much cheaper!
