Check in guy 10/10
The guy who checked us in at midnight was super great and friendly. Let us know where we could park our trailer
Breakfast 2/10
They had biscuits and gravy, a yogurt machine, mixed fruit cups, waffle maker, and cereals. Which all sounds good… however we got down there at 8:35 ,
Waffle mix was out when some one asked if the staff plans to refill it they said no we close at 9. Yogurt machine ran out at 8:40. And the fruits they had to go with the yogurt machine looked to be shriveled and dried out. The biscuits were cold like they just came out of the fridge not the oven, the gravy tasted like a mix not fresh , there was not meat in it..
when another customer asked for something the breakfast lady said my breakfast room my rules
2 stars where for orange juice and prepackaged cereal
6/10 rooms
We had the king room with a sofa bed and it was very spacious. The water in the bathroom takes a while to heat up and the shower has to be all the way on hot to get anything warm. Overall not terrible but the hallway smelled of smoke even though it’s supposed to be a 100% smoke free facility

A friend recommended this to me- I had stopped staying at Best Western after a disappointment so I was skeptical. But *everything* about this Best Western was truly "Plus". Kim at the desk got me a room at almost midnight on a Friday, on budget but exceeded my expectations. Facility has had or is having a refresh, all the decor I saw was new. Pleasant, clean fragrance when I walked in the door. Room itself was clean- passed my three point check. Bed was comfortable, AC had not been on but got my room cool quickly, and bathroom was nicely appointed. Absolutely would stay again.

Friendly and informative staff. Rooms were clean. Probably need an update. The 2 issues listed in other reviews appear to be true. Firm beds which I dont prefer and low water pressure. Overall the price matches the value. Would stay again for an overnight
I experienced a severe electrical shock due to a lamp with exposed wiring at the switch. The front desk agent was very nonchalant and I had to push for him to write an incident report. I was told that the one manager they have is only there Monday-Friday, and she would call me. I called Monday afternoon to speak with her and she was not in, but I was told she’d call me the next day. It’s now Wednesday and I’ve not heard back. I’ve submitted complaints online/email to their customer service and am still waiting to hear back, will be calling corporate today.
Additionally the water was barely lukewarm and hotel under construction which was not disclosed prior to check in.
I am appalled by the lack of communication from the manager and will never be staying at a best western again due to this experience.
Update: two weeks later and I’m finally getting an answer from the customer service. The manager refuses to refund us for our stay. When I had finally gotten a hold of her, she was very rude and said “ OK, so did you have to go to the hospital or something??” then when I explained that shouldn’t matter, the point was there was a lamp with exposed wiring inside of our room and it shocked me, she interrupted me with saying “ I have a line of people waiting to check in, I’ll have to try to call you back later.” Mind you, this was at 8:30 in the morning and people don’t check-in typically until the afternoon. I’m surprised that with this economy and so many businesses having to close stores, that they would risk having bad publicity for something that’s clearly their fault and should never have happened. But I guess that one night charge means more to them than this story getting out online and making people change their minds about ever staying with best western, or possibly facing a lawsuit 🤷🏻♀️
