  For $150 for two nights off their website right in downtown gatlinburg and a river view balconly, I’d come back. If your used to fancy maybe go somewhere else. The pool isnt that dirty just is right under and tree and leaves fall into. We swam. The service was the only hiccup. Hit or miss. We are coming back for christmas tho. Definetely getting a suite next time. Houskeeping could have done better.

  Great location—you can leave your car and walk to many of Gatlinburg’s attractions. We got a larger room with a nice location next to the river. Unfortunately, the first room assigned to us couldn’t be opened, so we had to move. The second room was a decent size, but the furniture was worn and broken, and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. We had to use a plunger ourselves since no technician was available. The hotel definitely needs some updates and better maintenance. The full breakfast was a nice plus, though.

  I would NOT recommend staying here! Please read my whole review and see the photos attached. If all you need is a place to sleep, then this might be for you!?! I traveled with my husband and two teenagers, we weren't in the room much because we came to sight see. The rooms lack electrical plugs, the only ones near the beds are on the lamps.

  I really enjoyed this motel! Beautiful clean rooms! All of the rooms overlook the river in the back with a personal balcony and up front it overlooks the parking lot. Motel goes up to 7 floors. I would recommend a lower floor to be closer to the river. The air conditioning was great! When we were there Gatlinburg was in the 90s. When we would come back at night it would feel like an icebox. Slept very well. The best part of this hotel was the nice rooms but the next best part was the awesome breakfast! All you can eat eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels with cream cheese, toast, orange juice, Apple juice, muffins, oatmeal and more. It is a little off of the main stretch but not too far. Just around the corner pretty much. If you don't like to walk though there's a trolley stop very close by. The trolley is free it will take you right downtown. To me it's worth a little extra walking because of the nice rooms. The Ober tram almost goes over the hotel when it takes off. I would definitely come back to this hotel again if I come back to Gatlinburg. The staff was friendly as well.

  Update from 1 star to 3 star. 3-star - the room is good but you can only see the patios across the river unless you look over the rail. Everything is clean and nice. Nice location and I met the owner who let me snag a roll after I missed breakfast. Very nice guy snd and you can tell he cares about his hotel. Most of the staff is nice accept for a front desk lady who should be let go. Could be 4 star with better 1st impression. 1 star - We arrived at 3 and the receptionist said our room wasn't ready til 4:30 and no they did not have a bathroom my wife could use. We come back at 4:30 to what you see in the video. Very ratchet from from front desk to the fake photoshopped elongated pool.
