  If there was a way to give no stars that is what this place would get. Showed up to be met by men looking at my young daughters from the balcony rooms above. Shady looking people that did not give a safe feeling. I talked to locals and they told me the jail across the road sends their recently released inmate to the best western and that their is a lot of drug activities going on in the hotel . The room itself was very dirty dirty with stuff on the floor, I walked around barefoot and could feel stuff on the floor, the bed sheet had dirt on it, the bathroom was dirty with nail clippings on the floor. We left immediately after checking in. We found a different hotel, clean and safe , a family friendly place. After we found a new place, I called the best western to tell them my concerns and the person I talked to acted like he could care less. Told him that I wanted a refund and that we are not staying there. He than told me I had to pay for one night because we had checked in. I'm out $417.00 for a crappy hotel I didn't even sleep in.there was also bugs crawling around on the floor. We are still waiting on a refund if we even get it. Advice, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!

  Good breakfast including biscuits and gravy. Enclosed pool but did not use. Looked nice

  My husband and I stayed here this weekend and it was the best time! We were looking or relaxation and got exactly that. From the minute we checked in to the moment we checked out it was great! The woman at the front desk (i apologize i didn't catch her name) was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, we were pleasantly surprised. We were close to the pool so that was great, it was a big heated indoor pool. It was quiet and not overcrowded. Rita in housekeeping was the best! She refilled our soaps and bought us fresh towels and toilet paper as needed. The gentleman we dealt with at check out was friendly as well. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our visit was a good one and we were happy! We will definitely be returning here! Thank you so much from the Porters in room 212 not room 210 lol

  Nice clean rooms and decent breakfast.. not bad for the money. Not to mention they clean the rooms and make the beds everyday. Most hotels stopped doing that after covid. So thank you!

  Room - 9 Beds-0 ( Like sleeping on a Buckboard, horrible, have a bad back and hips...this Bed is TORTURE!!!! If thought we could go to another motel, I'd do it. We are miserable. My husband is a US Marine Veteran, who just had 2 heart procedures and can't even get comfortable in the chair, to help elevate himself so he can breathe easier... Will look for another place in the morning and request a PARTIAL REFUND. GIVING THIS MOTEL 🌟 🌟 🌟
