  The best! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel was full, yet still very quiet. The staff is phenomenal! From the night shift reception, to the day shift reception, to the lady that put breakfast out, to the cleaning ladies. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! The price for the service is the best in town! If I could give more stars, I would. We will absolutely stay here again! :)

  We came to town to tour TN Tech and the location was great and the rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable & have a fridge & microwave. The rate was fair I felt, $90 w tax & fees. I would stay here again.

  The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was very polite and helpful. I accidentally left a nice jacket and I called and was able to pick it up on the way home.

  To be fair: you DO get what you pay for. The good: nice shower, decent restaurant across the parking lot. What appears to be a nice pool. The complimentary breakfast was just fine. The not-so-good: tremendous noise from the street. And, the parking lot from restaurant customers. And, anyone who wanted to cruise thru the lot blasting music. My room smelled. Something like old pee and regret. I asked the office for some Febreze. Now, it just smells like vanilla-scented old pee and regret. And, yes... I did find a bug. Just one. It WAS a bed bug. I tore the whole bed apart and it was just one. Must have been left behind by its teammates. People like to move their inside chairs outside to the balcony and sit. Lots of cigarette butts. Piles of Guest trash outside the rooms. The ice machine is VERY far away depending on where you are. Opt for the top floor. Paul, the morning Clerk is NOT having any of your whiny comments about anything, so don't bother, you overly-entitled Tourist.
