  My husband and I came to Nashville on an anniversary trip. We did not want to stay in the busy downtown area. I chose this hotel because it was cheaper and we wouldn't be spending that much time in the hotel. This location is great. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional. We absolutely loved staying here and this will be our hotel of choice when we come back for our next visit.

  The hotel looks nice and appears to be clean, as long as the air conditioning is on! We arrived at the hotel and everything was fine and nice until we came to the room and it was freezing cold. We turned the air off and left the room around 9:00 pm and returned about 3 hours later to a nightmare!! We turned the lights on and roaches scattered everywhere!! I’m talking adult, teenage and baby roaches! Mind you by this time it’s 12am! We immediately packed our bags and checked out! Luckily for us, our sister live 45 minutes away in Murfreesboro. The attendant was not sympathetic or helpful at all when I stopped at the front desk to turn the room keys in. He offered us another room, but who in their right mind would stay in another room at this roach infested place after seeing and experiencing what we saw!!?? They ended up offering me 5,000 points and that’s it. What about the inconvenience of us having to check out at midnight due to the roaches they have? What about the inconvenience of us having to drive 45 minutes to stay somewhere clean? What about the inconvenience of the possibility that we could’ve brought them home with us? We all know it only takes 1 and they multiply like crazy! So no, DO NOT stay here unless you don’t mind seeing the roaches come out if you decide to turn the air conditioning off. FYI: We stayed in room 307, a nice suite but roach infested!

  Creakiest floors of alll time. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. What’s the point of going to a hotel? To sleep. But if you have a floor above you, you will hear creaks in the floor EVERY step the person above you makes, Making it impossible to sleep.

  This is a lovely hotel. Very clean, staff was "ok". Conveniently located to many amenities. HOWEVER, this hotel has two floors and NO ELEVATOR!! I had my 86 y/o mother with us who has trouble walking anyway. The only rooms they had available were on the second floor, and it was all my mom could do to make it up the stairs. Very unacceptable. There should be a notification on the website that there is no elevator and requires stairs to second floor. We have had good luck with Best Western many many times, but this was disappointing. Only because we would not have booked had we known there was no elevator access.

  Honestly we stayed here for Cece Winans Generation conference. Although the rooms were clean… I couldn’t get over this horrible smell everytime I got back to the room. And the fact that they did not clearly make known there would be no elevator at a disconnected building. Both factors were pretty annoying.
