  The hotel is located in a sketchy, unsafe area! The rooms, bathrooms and elevators are dirty and disgusting. The man at the front desk is conniving and dishonest and when I had to leave early (due to uncleanliness and cockroaches) he refused to give me a receipt because I was asking for a refund for the night I booked but did not stay. He told me he would not refund me and to call booking.com, so I did. Then booking.com reached out to the hotel and they refused to refund to booking.com. So they got to keep my money for a night I didn’t even stay. This was the cherry on top of everything I experienced there. If you’re looking for an unsafe, dirty place and terrible staff members, this is your hotel! Times are too hard nowadays to waste your money. This was such a waste!! This place doesn’t have any dignity to do the right thing either. It’s ashame!

  Please dont stay here. We arrived at 6pm the day of check in. The front desk agent asked me multiple times if i had a dog and i didnt think anything of it because i figure they asked all guests this. We got in our room and the room smelled like a mix of pee and cleaning stuff. I didnt think anything of it so we let the air circulate to get rid of the smell. We were so tired from driving 3hrs from home and attending a track meet the same day we got dinner and all went to sleep. All through the night me and my son are sneezing, coughing and congested and we figured it was because of just seasonal allergies…. No. The next day we wake up get ready to attend day 2 of the meet and im packing up and see that not only are my socks dirty from walking in the room but its covered in dog hair. Me snd my son are very allergic to dogs. I go to the front desk and Kumar the front desk agent was so rude. Either he doesnt know how to handle situations or he just doesnt care. He said he called his manager and his manager said since i booked a pet friendly room the dog hair is fine. He then also went on to say that his houskeeping staff cleaned the room so he isnt sure where the hair came from. The hair is also white so its very easy to miss. I told him we didnt bring a dog , he checked us in yesterday and jt doesnt matter if i booked a pet friendly room…. The room should be cleaned. There was no empathy nor ownership…. Instead he blamed us. We will not be back and i advise anyone to steer clear of this place.

  My husband and I were looking for a last-minute hotel after a night of working nearby, so I called to ask if they had an available king room with early check-in, seeing as it was 7 a.m. The associate on the phone just kept saying "Mhm" to everything I said or didn't respond at all. We were across the road at another hotel that didn't work out and decided to stop by, hoping communication would be better in person. I quickly realized why I was just getting mumbles on the phone... he was asleep with a lobby full of customers waiting.
