  I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Rock Hill. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I also enjoyed the breakfast—it had a great variety of options. The location was very convenient and easy to access from the highway. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

  Beware! On arrival the general area seemed unsafe. Many homeless individuals wandering. Was told that they get many 911 calls for drug overdose on that road. Their pictures are deceiving (looks like it’s a “remodeled” super 8). The hotel room itself was very dirty.. pretty sure all they did was make the bed. There was water marks on the bedside table as it hasn’t been cleaned off, crumbs and dirt all over the floor, living spider crawling on the bed, visible mold on the outside of the air conditioner units and an extremely dirty air filter, mold/rust inside mini fridge, bugs crawling around. It was not safe due to the unsanitary conditions for me or my children to stay here so we had seek out another place to stay. We were traveling with family so we had rooms booked with the same conditions. Front desk would only refund 1 room. price charged on the phone was much higher than posted online price.. ($190/room compared to $90/room)
