  We were in room 302 for one night, around midnight the AC started making noise and in an hour foul smell started. Around 5am the AC blasted, we called the reception and the lady said we will have to wait for handyman until 7am. It was so humid and hot, they didn't bother to change our room or provide some help. Really disappointed.

  Great hospitality during our stay! Friendly and welcoming staff from everyone there! Very clean rooms! Very nice breakfast offered and good variety!

  My first BW experience did not disappoint. I’ve been loyal to Hol Inn Exp & Suites for a long time. This Best Western will change that. Friendly service at the front desk, a clean room, comfortable beds, nice pillows and best dang shower head I’ve ever stood under. The only suggestion would be better electrical. We had to move the bedside table to gain access to an outlet. No excuse for that in a time where everyone needs to charge one, two or more devices. Oh yeah, and $62 cheaper per night than the HIES only a few miles away.
