  The hotel was clean looks like they upgraded it recently had no problems The hotel was close to places to eat and there was a really good Mexican restaurant close buy

  AVOID!!! Management is unethical. When I checked out in the morning, there was an undisclosed "Deep Cleaning" charge on my bill. The young agent working alone at the desk shared it was a recent standard charge - even if you have a Service Dog where any charge is illegal unless there is damage - and I would have to talk to the manager. After multiple attempts he finally says my dog peed on the carpet. The problem is there was no carpet, and the charge was on the bill before they had access to the room. Best Western customer support was worthless. I will never stay at a Best western property again. Avoid this specific hotel.

  Nice clean rooms. As a diamond member I would expect more than one bottle of water to be shared between 2 people. When I asked for a second bottle they told me it’s now the hotel policy to only give one small bottle per room

  Rooms nice and clean and maids was always asking do I need anything? . Excellent customer service. We have been staying for our family reunion every even year the first weekend in August.
