  Room did smell like cats upon arrival. Only complaint. Check in and check out were a breeze and Mike with guest services was very helpful. Thank you for being kind and helpful.

  Very friendly, helpful, courteous staff. Very clean hotel. Rooms spotless & smelled very clean. Rooms very quiet, no disturbance of hallway or nearby room noise. Continental breakfast was very busy both days we stayed so we chose to go to the diner in front of the hotel in the same parking lot which was VERY good.

  the pet friendly room wreaked of old, stale, dog and cat urine. The stench was so bad we had to request that the floor be scrubbed before we could settle in the room. The lysol helped a bit but our clothes smelled like dog and cat urine even as we returned home. The breakfast space is tiny. the line for breakfast was so long that we left and ate at a nearby diner.

  We had a wonderful experience at the Best Western Plus Reading Inn & Suites in Shillington. From the moment we arrived, the check-in staff was warm and friendly, which set a great tone for our stay. The hot breakfast was a highlight—the waffle station was a nice touch, and the breakfast attendants were genuinely friendly and did a great job keeping everything stocked and filled throughout the morning. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water (always a plus!). Everything was well-maintained and exactly what we needed. We'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Reading area. Thank you to the whole team!

  Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Personal. War mit dem Internationalen Arena Football 🏈 Team der Düsseldorf Warriors 🐺🐺🐺 von 9 Mai bis 11 Mai über Muttertag dort zu Gast. Die Betten waren der Hammer 👍🏻 Super Gemütlich besonders wenn man Rückenschmerzen hat. Auch die anderen Gäste waren total nett und aufgeschlossen für einen Smalltalk in der Lounge. Auch das Frühstück Buffet war total lecker und schön gemacht. Liebe Grüße aus Düsseldorf Germany 🇩🇪 Michael
