Its ok.
The staff were not particularly helpful (we werent told where our room was located so spent several minutes wandering around in search of the elevator or stairs).
The room is motel quality - clean enough but bare bones, the A/C blows directly on to one of the beds, freezing the inhabitants, while turning it off, makes the other aide of the room sweat.
I had expected a quality - but rural - getaway, but this hotel is, ironically situated on a noisy, busy, smelly main street - despite being well outside Lancaster itself. So it has the worst of both worlds - out-of-the-way, yet not quiet, picturesque, or beautiful. My balcony looka out over a parking lot and busy street - and has the A/c unit noisily blowing hot air directly onto me while I sit here. Did anyone ever stay in these rooms after constructing them?
The breakfast, also, was just ok. Nothing special, but did cover most bases. Not impressed.
The pool is small, dimly lit, and shabby. I enjoyed the jacuzzi, since the bathtub in my room is so tiny (somehow smaller than the standard sized tub in my own home).
The tap water tastes funny, so I am stuck ferrying fresh water from the nearby gym constantly.
If you want a rural getaway - try a nearby Airbnb in intercourse. Otherwise, just book something more modern and central in Lancaster. This place is overpriced and overrated.
