This place is conveniently located near things we wanted to explore in Hershey, but it was an issue the moment we got here.
We found hair all over our pillowcases which clearly showed that they don’t bring new linens during every room turn over. When I asked the front if they had clean linens, they said they didn’t have anymore clean comforters or pillowcases. I had to just take the clean sheets and the pillow covers (the zip up covers) that they had. Okay, fine.
Once in the room, we also noticed that it was covered in cobwebs, the fridge was leaking, and the drain for the shower was incredibly slow. The beds were also hard as rocks and provided the worst sleep of our lives.
Breakfast the next morning wasn’t much better. They were running out of everything and the food wasn’t that great. I really wasn’t expecting much, but was still disappointed.
When we got back to our room after breakfast, our key wouldn’t work. We went to the front and received no help. Her solution was to get us another room as we waited for maintenance. My friend and I literally had had it at that point. 20 minutes later, we just decided to troubleshoot the lock ourselves and somehow we got it to stop making the screeching noise for long enough that it read the key and we got in.
I don’t think I’ve ever been more relieved to leave a hotel in my life. Don’t waste your time here. Please find another hotel. I’m never coming back.

Well I guess it was fine and I would give it more since the front desk was so nice and the room looked decent too. Buuuuut there was a shit stain in the toilet when we got there. Unfortunately at that time of night we arrived there wasn’t housekeeping. We only stayed for a night but that was not a welcoming surprise.

Rooms were very dirty. The second day they didn't make the beds or tidy the room up. The breakfast area floors were in bad need of mopping. It was like walking around with suction cups on our feet it was so sticky. The coffe was awful. I thought B.W. had better standerds than this. I will never go back!
Got to say one of the worst Best Western experiences I've ever had. Been to many other locations far better than this one. I don't understand what's going on here. First time going up to the room, our key cards didn't work and we had to go get issued a second set. Then we get into the room. We hear someone raving about bed bugs down the hallway not filling me with confidence. Upon inspecting the mattress I find it was not clean whatsoever hairs all in the covers behind the headboard and hairs still in the shower as well as the TV not working. Not the best time after driving 8 hours to get here.

My fiancé and I just came back from a trip to watch the famous Mecun Auction in Harrisburg, PA and had a wonderful time. We stay at the Best Western in 150 Nationwide which was in a perfect location for us. So, not knowing what to expect this was a great start. The minute we entered we were received with a smile and cortesy. The check in was fast and efficient. We had a reservation thru Expedia for 2 Queen beds, and it is exactly what we found, and at the exact price offered to us. The room was very clean and quiet, which was appreciated. The cleaning staff was sociable and professional. The beds were very comfortable. Yeah, a little tall for me, but no problem, I had a bed like that for many years. We both slept sound, and so deep. Something we really needed. The access to WiFi was important for me, and provided right away with no issues at all. The bathroom was clean. However, I would have appreciated a non-slip matt because I have MS. Nonetheless this is a quick fix, and doesn't take away from the comfort we received. The hotel also offered a Continental breakfast which is a fantastic idea, if everyone going could realize that more than one person will be sharing the food with them; they are not eating alone. Unfortunately, this brekfast time and space offered so generously to the customers, needs supervision. Don't get me wrong, we had an incredible time, and the hotel and staff were fantastic. It was a pleasurable, and enjoyable experience. And I do recommend anyone traveling to Harrisburg to stop here, just remember to be considerate during breakfast. 😀
