  Well, unfortunately I have to post a bad review. Which I don't like doing. But the man at the counter wasn't friendly at all, pretty rough all around. The hot tub was closed with 0 notice, the beds were not very comfortable, the breakfast didn't open until 15 min late and it's only from 7to9 already. So the shortest window became even shorter. There is a bery small area to eat breakfast also. The breakfast was better than expected but the experience was far from stellar.

  Spoke to front desk today (6/10) around 9PM, and the staff member was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. He had an attitude and tone the whole time we talked, which was just me asking him a question. It felt like I was talking to a kindergarten bully with how much he tried to shame us by talking down at us, but he just looked like he was throwing an adult tantrum lol!

  The stay went well - hotel is nicer than some other best westerns and the rooms were good. Location is fantastic. The big thing here taking away the two stars is the staff. The main bathroom downstairs that the staff use hasn’t had soap in it the entire time we’ve been here. I even heard someone tell the staff that there was no soap in there and yet two days later, here we are and still no soap. Makes me wary of drinking the water/coffee that’s set out if people literally aren’t washing their hands.

  This hotel is definitely the best stay at government camp, it's so practical, clean, the staff is awesome and the included breakfast really helps considering that there are not many options around. If there was a Best Western in every location I go on vacation I'll definitely stay there!
