  Poor shower pressure, tv not working in our handicap room. The room was at the end of the hall and the ice machine was on the 2nd floor at the end of that hall. Our bucket leaked . The elevators smelled terrible. They added an additional $25 to my bill. I wouldn't stay there again

  Very clean very comfortable room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to the interstate and casino. Best price in town.

  Saturday we arrived at Best Western per our confirmed booking thru Travelocity. After waiting at the front desk for several minutes along with 7-10 other guest, with no front desk clerk in sight for our confirmed and booked room to be Cancelled per rude desk girl. What ever problem went on with Travelocity and the reservation that caused the hotel to lose my reservation details wasn’t my problem that I should have had to deal with when arriving from out of town. On top of the reservation issue, the way the girl at the lobby handled the situation was completely unprofessional. I believe her name was Lexi or Alicia I understand things happen but before I could even get my last name out when trying to check in she proceeds to say in front of a lobby full of people that “You had no contact info or billing info on my account so they gave my room away and says sorry we have no more rooms. Next person please” I tried showing her my reservation with all my info and she shuts me down and continues to say the same thing in front of all the other guests. The lack of customer service this girl has is not just an embarrassment to this hotel but being in a small area with only a couple of hotels the word spreads fast as we heard several people at the venue we were attending complaining about the customer service issues at this hotel. Not only am I not going to refer this hotel, but I will advise friends and family not to stay here.
