Looks like a nice hotel, and the staff was friendly enough and quick. However, the King size bed in the room I rented was absolutely the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Couldn’t side sleep without my hip writhing in pain, and woke up at various times throughout the night.

I have been staying at this hotel for six days, and unfortunately, my experience has not been good.
During these six days, my room has never been cleaned. I have told the front desk several times that I need housekeeping service. They tell me they will take care of it, but they never do. After working all day, you expect to come back to the hotel, find your room clean, take a shower, and get some rest. Finding the room in the same condition after several days is very frustrating.
I also had problems with my room key during the first few days. Several times, I had to go down to the front desk so they could reprogram the key because it was not working properly. On the third day, the key stopped opening the door completely, and I had to wait approximately an hour for someone from maintenance to arrive. They eventually discovered that the door lock had run out of battery. They replaced the battery, and since then, the key has worked without any problems.
I understand that problems can happen, but when you combine issues with the room key, a long wait, and no housekeeping service for six days, the experience becomes very frustrating.
The hotel needs to pay much more attention to maintenance, cleanliness, and, most importantly, customer service. I hope they can improve these areas because they are essential for guests to have a satisfactory experience.
I'll tell you one thing if I had to choose again it would be Best Western again and again

I needed a room in town until the next day, when I was scheduled to get my A/C fixed, and it was swelteringly hot. Room had A/C, a nice bed, and an over the top bathroom.
The downstairs lounge area had some really bad coffee and a bowl of fruit free to access. Nice orange, but I'd give the coffee a pass next time. Dog friendly, but there's an added charge if you bring one (of course). There's a pool too, but I didn't think ahead. Elevator was unusually slow, but in fine working order.
Used to be a good hotel. Now? First day breakfast: no coffee cups so no coffee and the sausage gravy was burning to its container. Sausage itself was inedible. The 4th floor pub is now closed and the swimming pool was inoperable. No room cleaning at all. By the last day, no coffee at all. I’ve stayed here 6-8 times but never again. What happened to this Stillwater institution?
