  We had a very nice experience at this location. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the Associates were welcoming and professional. We recommend this location and would definitely come back again if we have the opportunity.

  It was a horrible experience from start to finish. I waited 10 minutes while trying to check in because the front desk was sitting within sight of me on their tablet watching a movie. The whirlpool worked one time and the time it did it was disgusting, it left an orange film on top od the water and along side of the tub. Once I drained the water and cleaned it it wouldn't work again. I was unable to sleep at all due to all of the noise. It sounded like stampeding elephants above me, people were yelling outside, and it sounded like someone waa outside my door constantly clearing their throat. The noise only got worse once 7 am hit, it sounded like a complete home renovation was taking place. I regret wasting my money and and so exhausted from this experience.

  UPDATE: The hotel replies with the same canned response to bad reviews month after month and has done nothing to improve. Don't trust them. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Best Western needs to do an intervention. Maybe the first sign that this wasn't going to be a pleasant visit was the missing sign above the main entrance. The second was the overflowing trash can outside the side entrance. We reserved two rooms. The first room hadn't been vacuumed. There was food on the carpet and stains throughout. There was moldy pizza in the fridge. The bed spreads had makeup and pizza stains on them. The upstairs room's carpet was also filthy, and the frame on the mirror is falling off. The bathroom floor was greasy. The walls have multiple drywall patches. There are cigarette burns in the carpet of the "smoke-free" room. They changed the blankets and vacuumed on request, but the whole place feels gross. The carpet in the halls and stairwells hasn't been vacuumed in a long time, and the stairwell smells like stale beer. Rooms 104 and 206.
