  Really good location, shopping mall is near by too. Room was spaces , worth of money.very clean room. Service was amazing- KT was really welcoming and co-operative. If we go back to usa. Definetely stay again.

  Excellent, everything was nice. The welcome was also very professional, friendly staff and good service. Very good value for money. Room and bedding were very good. Breakfast was great.

  I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an unannounced change to my reservation. Upon arrival, I discovered that my confirmed booking for a single king bed had been modified to two queen beds without prior notification. It is concerning that such adjustments are made without informing the guest, particularly as customers are held to strict financial accountability for any late changes made on their part.

  I recently stayed at the Best Western Kenosha Inn in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. My room was spotless, quiet, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in keeping the property in excellent condition. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, well-stocked, and offered a great variety of options to start the day. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions, making it a perfect choice whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and hospitality I received and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the Broken Arrow area.
