  Overall a great experience for the price paid. If you want fancy, this isn't the place. But if you want a decent place to stay and a great value, this is a good spot. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than most. Room was clean. Beds were fine. Overall a good stay.

  Staff are very friendly here. This is a great walkable location to many small town shops and restaurants. It was a very safe place to stop and stay on a long roadtrip. The room was very clean and well stocked. I would stay here again especially for the value.

  My stay at this Best Western was overall good. My vehicle broke down in Indiana on my drive and I had to take it to a shop to be repaired the next day thus making me miss my first reservation day. I called the hotel to inform them after my tow. I was told by the receptionist, who was very friendly, that she was going to try to adjust my reservation date so I would not have to pay due to my unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, the supervisor would not approve that. I understand it was outside of the 24 hour cancellations policy but life happens and there is a choice to consider a situation in the name of customer service and make exceptions. It is what it is. The hotel is a very nice but dated building. The elevators are in need of repair and the walls are quite thin so you do hear people from other rooms and in the hall due to lack of sound shielding. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and I slept very well after the noise died down. The room was clean. I noted some stains on the chair in the room. Bedding and sheets nice and clean as was the bathroom/toilet/shower/sink. The front desk employees are very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is mediocre with the only protein being eggs. If you like your sugar and carbs, you will have plenty of options.
