Seriously, if you're looking to stay in downtown Warren, this row-style hotel is your only real option, and honestly, it's a gem. Forget those cookie-cutter places in Niles; this spot has *character*. It feels like you're stepping back in time, but in the best way. The current owners did a fantastic job renovating it into a Best Western while keeping so much of the old Park Hotel's charm and elegant vibe. It's like a perfectly balanced blend of history and modern comfort.
The value here is just insane. It's way nicer than other hotels around, and you're looking at a similar price, maybe even cheaper. The staff? Absolutely top-notch. They're the definition of hospitality, seriously going above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
And the rooms – so clean and they totally nail that historic charm of the original. Plus, you've got a gym, laundry, drinks for sale if you want them, and super convenient, free parking out back. The complimentary breakfast is a real bonus too, with way better options than you'll find elsewhere.
I think a lot of people overlook this place because it blends so seamlessly into the downtown buildings. But that's part of its appeal! You can literally walk right out your door onto the sidewalk and be in the middle of everything – all the cool cafes and shops Warren has to offer. You're not just paying for a room; you're paying for an experience and an atmosphere that no other local hotel can touch. It's a no-brainer if you want something unique and affordable.

Food was tepid. Eggs and sausage were not hot. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and odor free. Nice hotel with character. Convenient to Robins Theater with was why we stayed there. My husband is on an electric wheelchair and needed an ADA room. There was a high tub in the room with lots of grab bars but no seat. Toilet was a standard one, not a high one. I took off points because it wasn't a true ADA room.

I loved the decor and how they kept the integrity of the master craftsman who engineered and built the hotel. However a little modernized aesthetics would've been nice. Wi-Fi was extremely choppy and disconnected, which created challenges as a travel businessman who needs to prepare for the next day. Moreover the restruant being open, adjacent to hotel would've made the stay even more enjoyable.
