  Honestly I really didn’t want to do this. Butttt my husband was profiled standing outside on the phone he’s been staying at this hotel on multiple occasions and 3-5 nights at a night. He goes there for work. To aggressively come out and tell him “if you don’t have a room I’m gonna have to ask you to leave “ which as a paying customer you could have said excuse me sir do you currently have a room here. And he would have replied yes. I will be booking him a new hotel next time. And not to mention there’s nothing in the area so he was standing outside for the fun of it I’m guessing was the assumption.

  We were in Steubenville overnight for business. This hotel definitely gets high marks for a spacious, clean and modern room with accessible features including a tub. The room featured a fridge microwave, and a k-cup coffee maker (many bonus points!!!). This particular hotel location also offers a military/veterans discount which we greatly appreciate. I would highly recommend and we will be back for our next stay in the Steubenville area.

  Best Best Western we've stayed at. The rooms are spacious and clean. There's a nice outdoor seating space and it's in a great location with plenty of restaurants a short walk away. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is a highlight along with the breakfast host, Aaron. He keeps everything well stocked and clean while taking the time to make his guests feel welcome. We'll definitely be back.

  Stayed this past weekend for one night and had a great stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. My room had a mini fridge and a microwave. The front desk service people were very accommodating. I was looking for a comfortable, clean, and quiet place to sleep and that is exactly what I got.

  Booked 4 rooms in a block but mentioned I had military upon arrival. After finding out that my niece and her family got her military rate, I went to the front desk and spoke with the Young lady on duty. The young black female told me there was a military rate of $110 and told me to come back to front desk in the morning, check out and check back in. Went down to desk as instructed and spoke with a gentleman who adjusted the room but at a rate other than $110 that I was given the night before. Upon check out, receipts showed two different amounts $495, $595, $608, and $608. I have called the hotel three times...they don't seem to know their rates, when they are available, etc. Why would a military rate not be available every day? The military serves and protects 24 hours/7 days a week...EVERY DAY not certain days!!! So, if a rate is not available, how do you adjust one room when I paid for three by credit card and cash for the fourth one. Others who were able to get a military rate, received the rate on all rooms they reserved, not just one. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE PLACE IS HORRIBLE and if you are military, I would highly suggest you check around before booking with Best Western Plus Steubenville!!! They don't care about military at all.
